The Department of Insurance Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College organized a scientific visit to the Al-Qadisiyah Statistics Directorate. This initiative falls within the framework of strengthening joint scientific cooperation between educational institutions and complementing the college’s approach to supporting the practical side for students by integrating it with theoretical study within the statistics curriculum.
The visit aimed to familiarize students with statistical work mechanisms and the practical applications of statistical tables. Additionally, it aimed to introduce them to the accounting records and systems used within the directorate, contributing to enhancing their practical understanding of academic concepts and their application in a real work environment.
The visit also included a practical explanation on how to prepare and analyze statistical tables and apply accounting systems, thereby enhancing students’ skills and raising their scientific efficiency.
The visit was conducted under the supervision of Lect. Ali Jawad Kadhim, Asst. Lect. Hadeel Mohammed Noaman, and Asst. Lect. Zahraa Saad Jassim, who emphasized the importance of these scientific visits in linking the academic side with the applied one and expanding students’ scientific horizons.
