اقامت وحدة التأهيل والتوظيف في المعهد التقني الديوانية، بفتح افق التعاون المشترك بين المؤسسات التعليمية، وقطاعات العمل الخاص والعام ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، من خلال زيارة ممثلين عن منظمة الخير الانسانية التي تعني بدعم الشباب وتوفير فرص العمل للطاقات الشبابية. ومن خلال لقاء منسقي مكتب الديوانية للمنظمة بالدكتور زيد معن حسن عميد المعهد التقني الديوانية، تباحث الطرفان على ايجاد الية دعم وتطوير القدرات الشبابية وتأهيلها، وتشجيع العمل في المشاريع الخاصة ودعم الشباب بتوجه الى الدخول لسوق العمل من خلال تأسيس المشاريع الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة. هذا ومن خلال اللقاء تم تقديم عرض موجز عن المشاريع والدورات التدريبية التي من الممكن تنفيذها بالتنسيق مع المعهد، والاستفادة بما متوفر من ورش ومختبرات وكوادر هندسية وفنية وتدريب الكوادر الشبابية وتطوير قدراتهم التي تساعد في ايجاد فرص عمل ومشاريع انتاجية صغيرة ومتوسطة لشريحة الشباب.
