اقامت رئاسة جامعة الفرات الاوسط التقنية ضمن نشاطات وحدة تمكين المرأة دورة عن مهارات التعامل مع الاخرين بمشاركة عدد من منتسبات الجامعة و تشكيلاتها من محافظات الفرات الاوسط الخمسه.
وتضمنت الدورة التي استمرت لمدة يومين إلقاء محاضرة من قبل المدرب الدولي في التنمية البشرية المهندس صلاح الزرفي
السيد رئيس الجامعة الدكتور مُظَفّر صَادِق الزُهَيْري في كلمته اثناء حضوره الدورة أشار إلى أهمية النشاطات التي من شأنها تمكين المرأة بما يعزز من قدراتها علمياً وثقافياً لتكون عنصراً فاعلًا في تحقيق الاهداف السامية التي تخدم المجتمع العراقي .
و أشار المحاضر المهندس صلاح الزرفي الى اهمية تأثير اللقاء الاول مع الاشخاص وتأثير الطاقة الايجابية في التعامل وطرق توصل المعلومات والافكار مع الاشخاص حيث ان الاركان الاساسية للتواصل هي الشخص المتحدث والمتلقي وموضوع الحديث وان هناك مستويات للتواصل وهي حقائق والمعنى والمشاعر والنية والقصد التواصل وتأثير الكلمة الطيبة والتعامل بالوصايا القرأنية مستشهداً بقولة تعالى( خذ العفو وأمر بالعرف واعرض عن الجاهلين).
فيما بينت مسؤولة وحدة تمكين المرأة في الجامعة السيدة زينب حسين البكاء الى ان الوحدة ماضية في تنفيذ العديد من النشاطات النوعية مستقبلاً وبالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة في هذا المجال.
وفي ختام الدورة قدم السيد رئيس الجامعة شهادة تقديرية للسيد المحاضر المهندس صلاح الزرفي لما يبديه من جهد مشكور ومحاضرات قيمة المعاني والدلالات.
